I am an AI + Skills Consultant, Trainer and Learning Strategist with over 30 years’ experience transforming capability, leadership and workplace learning.

With a Master’s in Technological Futures and advanced study in AI, Business and the Future of Work, I bridge the gap between emerging technology and real-world performance. I work with organisations to modernise learning ecosystems, embed AI into workflows, and build future-ready skills that deliver measurable impact.

As Founder of Bloom Learning Technologies (2012–2024), I led strategic edtech implementations across corporate, government and tertiary sectors. I delivered 30+ LMS implementations, designed enterprise capability frameworks, and led large-scale system rollouts.
